In the last blog post we have uncovered the conditioning of the mind, the second mind. There are several methods to write a new program that overrules these conditionings.
A quite common modality is NLP: Neuro-linguistic programming. Another one that is within the scientific standards is CBT: cognitive behavioural therapy. Both working with communication to identify the conditioned behaviour and change it by ‘overwriting’ it with new information. That can be done also by simply practicing ‘positive thinking’.
But all this methods are addressing the mind to overrule mind pattern: they try to get rid of the problem with the help of the problem. Does that sound right?
The mind will not get rid of itself
And exactly here lays the problem: the mind is not willing to get rid of itself.
