In module 2 of the family constellation ViRTUAL training you’ll learn how to apply the knowledge of the Orders of Love and to turn it into experience and lived truth.

Module 2 is teaching you the 3 fundamental dynamics in family systems and the power of words. It is designed for everyone who wants to explore more in depth how the knowledge of the Orders of Love are applied in a Family Constellation, which movements hinting at what dynamic in the family system and what to do to get stuck energy moving. Bert Hellinger once said he has condensed down the psychotherapy to the use of only 3 statements: Yes, Please, Thank you. There is a lot to discover in the power of these words and all their facets and variations in different situations in real life and in a Family Constellation.

In the essence only 3 words are needed to shift a family dynamic: please, thank-you, yes. The art of facilitating a Family Constellation is to apply the right word in the right moment and in the right order.

My first Family Constellation workshop. I can tell Maia is a deeply tuned-in spiritual being, with her feet on the ground and great wisdom to compliment her considerable and lucid intelligence. Friends had recommended Family Constellations as a complimentary modality to the Hakomi psychotherapy I have graduated in, and it seems Maia is one of the most (if not the most) experienced and trained facilitator. It was an intense day! Quite different from anything else I've tried. Beautifully conducted, clearly explained, and conducted in an embodied, interactive way that catered to my individual concerns and outlook. I'll definitely be trying this again. Having done both group and private Family Constellation sessions online I can say that they are both as effective as sessions in person. To my surprise I found that the group sessions worked even better online. Being alone in my own home was familiar and comfortable. Perhaps I was less self-conscious, or less distracted. Whatever the reason, we were all in agreement that the virtual format was more intense. Both as a character and as a watching participant it was less like a performance and more of a group conversation. More intimate, more of a collaboration in spirit.

Maia has a flexible attitude of exploration that makes it easy to trust her instincts, and go for the journey, set up for enquiry, being confident that it will always be worth the trip. The resulting resolutions brought powerful and meaningful outcomes in every case.

At first I was concerned that online Family Constellation sessions would probably not work well, or at least be considerably less effective than sessions in person with Maia. But what I found was the online group energy was just as strong as before, and my personal experiences were just as insightful and just as healing for me as in previous sessions.
