At first I was concerned that online Family Constellation sessions would probably not work well, or at least be considerably less effective than sessions in person with Maia. But what I found was the online group energy was just as strong as before, and my personal experiences were just as insightful and just as healing for me as in previous sessions. In fact in some cases, I felt the energy was even stronger.

My first Family Constellation workshop. I can tell Maia is a deeply tuned-in spiritual being, with her feet on the ground and great wisdom to compliment her considerable and lucid intelligence. Having done both group and private Family Constellation sessions online I can say that they are both as effective as sessions in person. To my surprise I found that the group sessions worked even better online. Being alone in my own home was familiar and comfortable. Perhaps I was less self-conscious, or less distracted. Whatever the reason, we were all in agreement that the virtual format was more intense. Both as a character and as a watching participant it was less like a performance and more of a group conversation. More intimate, more of a collaboration in spirit.
Maia has a flexible attitude of exploration that makes it easy to trust her instincts, and go for the journey, set up for enquiry, being confident that it will always be worth the trip. The resulting resolutions brought powerful and meaningful outcomes in every case.
