Level 2 of the Family Constellation Facilitator Training is designed for advanced students ready to deepen their understanding of Family Constellations in Bert Hellinger’s method. After completing Level 1, you’ll be fully prepared to take on the next challenge: 16 transformative lessons across 6 powerful courses.

Courses 1 and 2 explore the dynamics within Family Systems and the profound power of words. You’ll learn how to interpret subtle movements that reveal hidden dynamics—and how to shift stuck energy using the principles of the Orders of Love.
As Hellinger once said, he distilled all of psychotherapy into three essential words: ‘Yes’, ‘Please’ and ‘Thank You’. This training shows you just how powerful those words can be—both in life and in constellations.

The courses ‘The Art of Helping, ‘Systemic Coaching,’ and ‘Working One-on-one’ will equip you with the practical tools and insider techniques every skilled facilitator needs to guide clients toward freedom and fulfilment.

The course on how to facilitate diseases and illness completes the training and prepares the accomplished student to meet any challenge your clients bring—whether in group workshops or private sessions.

By completing all 6 Level 2 courses, you’ll be confident and capable of facilitating constellations with depth, clarity, and heart. Each course can be booked separately and in any order. However, it is recommended to start with course 1 and proceed in the order of the course indexes.

This advanced course is designed to deepen your ability to facilitate Family Constellations in Bert Hellinger’s method, with a focused exploration of entanglement dynamics within Family Systems.

We are all deeply connected within a web of soul relationships in our family system—often without even realising it. These unconscious entanglements shape the way we think, influence our choices in friends and partners, affect our preferences, and can even manifest in our physical appearance or health issues.

Through Family Constellation, we bring these invisible bonds to light and begin the process of healing from inherited patterns that no longer serve us. It’s a powerful path toward clarity, freedom, and transformation.

Course 5: Working One-on-One

Family Constellations One-on-One – A Powerful Alternative to Group Work
In this advanced course, you’ll learn how to apply the Orders of Love without the use of external representatives—making this method accessible to clients who may feel hesitant or uncomfortable participating in group workshops.

While traditionally facilitated in groups, Family Constellation can be just as effective in a private session. By using objects instead of persons to resonate with the Morphogenetic Field of the client Family System, hidden dynamics and soul-wounds will be revealed and healed. This method allows for profound healing and honours the client’s need for privacy and confidentiality.

In 2 lessons you’ll learn:

  • Having done both group and private Family Constellation sessions online I can say that they are both as effective as sessions in person. To my surprise I found that the group sessions worked even better online. Being alone in my own home was familiar and comfortable. Perhaps I was less self-conscious, or less distracted. Whatever the reason, we were all in agreement that the virtual format was more intense. Both as a character and as a watching participant it was less like a performance and more of a group conversation. More intimate, more of a collaboration in spirit.

  • Since beginning family constellation work with Maia, there has been a marked improvement in my family's relationships. This has been experienced not only by myself, but on a wider familial scale. I have watched dynamics slowly and gently change for the better and there is a clear sense of more space and capacity for everyone to move in different, healthier directions and ways of relating. Prior to this work, I was not on speaking terms with any of my immediate family. We struggled to speak without animosity and tension taking over the interaction. It was awful. With this work, we have been able to build our relationships through phone calls, and even had a small visit with one another recently. We enjoyed each other's company and it was the most peaceful interaction we have had in recent memory. On a personal level, I have experienced a greater sense of peace, health and well being. This work has been able to free each of us in ways unique to each person, allowing us to delve into areas we want to work on and find forward momentum and progress- whereas before it felt no matter how much therapy or work was done, some things were hidden or muffled and solutions to growth, progress and development, were frustratingly hidden from view or ineffective no matter how much work we each were doing. It feels that now, each individual can bloom and thrive in the unique ways each of us most needed and our entire family unit is becoming healthier as a result. There's still more to do, but I feel we are headed in a wonderful direction with the support Constellation Therapy has offered.
